Submission Procedure
If you wish to submit a paper for oral presentation at The 22nd
International Workshop on Water Waves and Floating Bodies
please read the information below.
Please note that registrations to attend this Workshop will
be restricted to the authors of submitted abstracts.
Abstract Review Procedure
All submitted abstracts will be reviewed.
You will be notified by 10 February 2007 if your abstract has
been selected for oral presentation.
All who have submitted an abstract will be invited to
participate in the workshop.
Abstract Preparation Instructions
Authors are invited to prepare an abstract a maximum of 4 pages in length.
The body of the text should be single spaced, in 12 point, Times New Roman font,
in black and white only.
The abstract should include the paper title, author’s name, affiliation, address
and email centered at the top of the first page in 12 point bold Times
New Roman font.
Please DO NOT number the pages.
Abstract Submission
Abstracts should be sent by email to Sime Malenica (sime.malenica@bureauveritas.com) and
Michele Valbousquet (michele.valbousquet@bureauveritas.com)
in Adobe PDF by 13 January 2007.
Abstracts will be published in the Workshop proceedings.
Oral Presentations
Oral presentations will typically be 20 minutes plus 5 minutes of discussion.
The Conference room will be equipped with the latest digital audio visual technology,
including digital data projection, large screen, video, DVD, white board and flip charts.
If you have any additional presentational requirements please notify
Michele Valbousquet (michele.valbousquet@bureauveritas.com)
by 20 March at the latest.
We suggest that you email a copy of your presentation
to Michele Valbousquet (michele.valbousquet@bureauveritas.com)
by 20 March at the latest,
so that it can be uploaded to a fixed presentation computer.
If you prefer to bring your presentation with you on your own
computer, it is suggested that you bring a back up copy of your
presentation on a CD or Memory Stick.
