14/01/07: The deadline for the submission of abstracts has expired. All received abstracts are now in the review process and the list of accepted abstracts will be placed on this website on 10th February 2007, after which time the registration procedure will start. If you have not received the confirmation of receipt for your abstract, please send an email to Sime Malenica (sime.malenica@bureauveritas.com) and Michele Valbousquet (michele.valbousquet@bureauveritas.com).
25/01/07: The bus schedule has been corrected (pm changed to am) on travel information page.
09/02/07: Due to some technical problems with E-mail system of Bureau Veritas, we kindly ask all the persons, who didn't receive the confirmation of the reception of their paper, to contact Sime Malenica (Email: sime.malenica@bureauveritas.com , Tel: +33 6 71 91 31 39) and/or Michele Valbousquet (Email: michele.valbousquet@bureauveritas.com, Tel: + 33 1 42 91 33 60). The Friday 16th February 2007 is the very last limit.
19/02/07: We would like to apologise for the delay in publishing the list of accepted abstracts; it was very difficult to choose from the high quality abstracts that had been submitted. However, you can now download the list of accepted abstracts here. The authors have until Friday 23rd February 2007 to submit their final versions, at which stage PDF versions of the accepted abstracts will be made available. We also would like to remind authors of abstracts that we have not been able to accept that they are allowed to participate in the Workshop if they wish.
20/02/07: Registration procedure has started. Please register as soon as possible. Thanks to Bureau Veritas sponsorship the registration fees were reduced.
01/03/07: Several participants will arrive in Zagreb, in the afternoon of Saturday 14th of April. Since it might be difficult to catch the last bus for Plitvice, we are proposing to organize the direct transfer from Zagreb Airport to Plitvice. The same is true for Wednesday after lunch when another bus will be organized from Plitvice to Zagreb airport. In order to be sure to get your place in the bus you need to contact Michele Valbousquet (Email: michele.valbousquet@bureauveritas.com, Tel: + 33 1 42 91 33 60) before 1st of April. Sooner is better!
01/03/07: PDF files of accepted abstracts are now available. Please check that your abstract is correctly reproduced.
21/03/07: Contrary to what was communicated to some of you by Email, the departure of the bus from Zagreb airport on 14th of April will be around 9.30pm. This is because some participants will arrive around 9pm. Sorry! For those persons arriving earlier there are two options: either stay at the airport (not very exciting), either take the bus to Zagreb city center and come back later to the airport. In the case of any eventual problem or suggestion related to the transport, here is the mobile phone number of Sime Malenica (+33 6 71 91 31 39). You can call at any time!
