- Principle of left-handed processes; cooling and heating mode of heat pump; application of renewable energy sources in heating and cooling systems using heat pumps; measurements on the real heat pump systems; energy analyses, seasonal performance factor, economy analyses
- Student responsibilities:
- Regular attendance of lectures and exercises, practical work, measurements, as well as regular homework and seminars completion
- Grading and evaluation of student work over the course of instruction and at a final exam:
- Appropriate attendance of classes (meaning both, lectures, exercises, measurements) and student"s feedback will constitute 30% of the final mark, while the outcome of the home works and oral presentation of the seminars will account for the rest (70%).
