- Knowledge of Navier-Stokes equations and the physical meaning of individual terms. Learning about the discretization procedures and numerical solution of the discrete equations. Getting familiar with turbulence modelling and turbulence models. Getting familiar with the methods of grid generation and commercial software package. Ability to critically evaluate the results of numerical simulations.
- Student responsibilities:
- Attending the lectures and excercises and complete project assignment.
- Grading and evaluation of student work over the course of instruction and at a final exam:
