Fundamentals of Production Process Planning

The course can be enrolled by students of all courses, with the exception of students from: Production engineering (FSB), Computer Engineering (FSB), Industrial Engineering and Management(FSB).

Course objectives:

Introduction, examination and application of procedures and models for integrated design and optimisation of manufacturing systems with the product life cycle.

Student responsibilities:

Class attendance, preparation and submission of the project.

Grading and evaluation of student work over the course of instruction and at a final exam:

Performed on the basis of: - three periodic written examinations, 50 %; - the project, 40 %; - monitoring the presence and commitment of students, 10 %. In the event that a student does not pass all periodic written examinations, but neatly fulfills other obligations, the student may access written and oral exam.
