- Familiarize the students of Computer engineering field, Manufacturing of Polymer products module with composite parts production procedures.
- Student responsibilities:
- Grading and evaluation of student work over the course of instruction and at a final exam:
- Colloquiums or written exam - 90% Oral exam - 10 %
- Methods of monitoring quality that ensure acquisition of exit competences:
- The interaction with students during class (asking questions) is checked understanding the material and the acquisition of competencies and skills in accordance with the learning outcomes.
- Upon successful completion of the course, students will be able to (learning outcomes):
- After successfully attended course, the student will be able to: - List the basic types of reinforcements and matrices - Explain the processes of production of polymeric composites - Identify the process of production of polymeric composites for actual product - Choose a process of polymeric composite production - Prepare materials (reinforcement and matrix) and equipment for the most common methods of production of polymeric composites.
