The Quantitative InfraRed Thermography (QIRT) conferences constitute a forum for discussing the latest developments of the instrumentation, protocols and analysis which involve infrared thermography, helping to disseminate the latest results in the field throughout the industrial and research worlds.
The first Quantitative InfraRed Thermography (QIRT `92, Eurotherm Seminar N°27) was held on the premises of Ecole Centrale de Paris , in Chatenay-Malabry, France. During the conference, the QIRT Working Group was established. The series of QIRT conferences was thus pursued as follow:
